FAU Research Hub 1.1.3

The FAU Research Hub at Florida Atlantic University is an innovative platform designed to facilitate collaboration among students and faculty across six campuses. This resource aims to streamline the process of connecting individuals with similar research interests.

Upon logging in with your FAUNetID, you can select your research interests and explore an array of projects available for participation. The university hosts numerous cutting-edge research initiatives that may pique your interest.

Users can create personalized profiles within the app, upload resumes, and begin their search for suitable projects. The application allows users to express interest and apply directly; simply navigate to the project details, complete the motivation section, and submit. Project managers are promptly notified of any applications.

For project managers looking to contribute their research to the FAU Research Hub, the process is straightforward. By clicking the "+" button under the "Projects" tab, you can input the necessary information and choose tags relevant to your project. This tagging system ensures that members with aligned interests receive notifications when new projects are posted.

Additionally, the app features a dedicated "Funding" tab where users can discover potential funding opportunities. This page is frequently updated, and members are notified based on their interests whenever new funding options become available.

The platform also includes an efficient search function, enabling users to locate individuals—such as advisors or students—by entering a name or project title.
